Cold And Flu Juice Shot
Prep Time: 10-15 minutes
Juicing time: 5-10 minutes
Servings: 1
Ingredients:
2-3 Garlic Cloves
2-3 Thumbs of ginger
2 Thumbs of Turmeric
2 TBS Apple cider vinegar
1 Teaspoon of fresh Jalapeño
2 Peeled and Sliced Lemons or Limes
Add Radish & Pineapple to juice if juice is too Intense.
Directions:
Wash all produce well and soak non-organic vegetables in vinegar.
Prepare vegetables by cutting into smaller pieces and peel ginger and turmeric.
Add each vegetable to juicer one at a time and catch juice in large glass bowl.
After all ingredients are juiced strain in a coriander. (optional)
Pour Fresh juice in a glass or mason jar and consume immediately, or refrigerate in a well-sealed container.
